When I do make up for Vietnamese brides, I rarely see a traditional Vietnamese wedding, especially when the groom is not Vietnamese. Meanwhile, I see other cultures keep their traditions regardless of the bride or groom's different ethnic backgrounds. Some feedback I have gotten from the young Vietnamese generation is that they don’t understand the meaning of the traditional Vietnamese wedding. They need someone to explain it to them and guide them. This is why I see the need to help the younger Vietnamese generation understand the importance of a traditional Vietnamese wedding through my own business as a wedding planner that specializes in traditional Vietnamese weddings.
